Individual Counseling
Specialized individual therapy for concerns including infertility and IVF, pregnancy and postpartum, pregnancy loss and TFMR, infant loss, birth trauma, NICU experiences, pregnancy after loss, anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, trauma, and major life transitions.
Self-pay rate: $160 per 50-minute session
Insurances accepted: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente Colorado, Oscar, Oxford, Optum, Quest Behavioral Health, and United.
Couples Counseling
Support for couples navigating relationship challenges, communication, intimacy, fertility and family-building stress, pregnancy and postpartum transitions, grief, and other significant life changes.
Self-pay rate: $200 per 50-minute session
Couples counseling is not billed to Insurance. Sessions are offered on a self-pay basis.
Medication Management
Our psychiatric medication management services provide compassionate, individualized care with an understanding of the unique mental health needs that can arise during fertility treatment, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and other reproductive and life transitions.
Medication management includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication consultation, ongoing monitoring, and follow-up care tailored to your individual needs and treatment goals.

Initial Intake Appointment — $100 self-pay
A comprehensive initial evaluation to discuss your symptoms, history, current concerns, treatment goals, and medication options.
Follow-Up Appointments — $50 self-pay
Ongoing medication management to monitor progress, address concerns, and make adjustments to your treatment plan as needed.
Insurance - Our medication management provider is in network with the insurance plans listed on our website. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by individual plan and benefits.
Donor Conception & Surrogacy Consultations
Psychoeducational consultations for those using donor egg, sperm, embryo, and/or gestational carrier to build their families. Consultations meet fertility clinic and ASRM requirements. These consultations are not covered by insurance. Consultation notes will be sent to the fertility clinic.
Donor Recipient Consultation: $300
Intended Parent (Surrogacy) Consultation: $300
Psychological Evaluation of Egg or Sperm Donor Candidate (known or unknown): $700
Psychological Evaluation of Gestational Carrier Candidate: $1,000
Insurance & Payment
Willow & Wildflower Counseling is in network with many major insurance plans for eligible individual therapy and medication management services. Insurance participation varies by provider and plan. Couples counseling is self-pay only and is not billed to insurance.
Willow & Wildflower Counseling LLC provides counseling sessions both in-person and virtually for those who reside in the state of Colorado.
